Heart to Heart: Thriving Through Medical Setbacks

A Heart Month Conversation

with special guest Irene Ngwa

February is Heart Health Month, and this gathering is an invitation to slow down and come together, heart to heart.

This conversation is rooted in lived experience and love. At its center is the story of Nancy’s mother, whose journey through significant medical setbacks reflects not only survival, but resilience, grace, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going when your body has been through more than expected.

Rather than focusing on medicine or metrics, this space honors the emotional and mental layers of healing, the parts that often go unnamed. Together, we will reflect on what it truly means to thrive after medical trauma, how fear and uncertainty can reshape us, and how mindset, support, and self-trust play a role in recovery.

A moment to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and feel seen, whether your journey is personal, shared through someone you love, or still unfolding.

If you’ve navigated health challenges, supported a loved one, or simply want to honor Heart Health Month with intention and compassion, you are welcome here.

Who This Gathering Is For

This space is for anyone navigating or recovering from medical or health setbacks, as well as caregivers and loved ones walking alongside someone on that journey. It’s also for women seeking grounding, inspiration, and real stories of resilience and for community members honoring heart health with care and intention.

Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate and engaging.
