Join us for a gentle virtual somatic session created in collaboration with founder of Textures Movement Collaborative, Elana Goodman, designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your body.
This session will guide you through simple grounding practices you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched too thin.
You don’t need any experience — just a quiet space and a willingness to check in with yourself.
