Elana Goodman
Movement Empowerment Coach | Choreographer | Co-Host of Sips & Conversations
Born in Chicago, and now thriving in London, Elana Goodman is a Movement Empowerment Coach whose work explores the intersections of body, healing, and liberation. With a background spanning over a decade in dance, choreography, and somatic practice, Elana helps individuals reconnect with their bodies as instruments of power, storytelling, and transformation.
As the founder of Textures Movement Collaborative, she creates spaces that center inclusivity, autonomy, and creative freedom. Her approach draws from somatic principles, trauma-informed facilitation, and liberation-focused pedagogy, guiding participants to release constraint, reclaim their voice, and express their truth through embodied movement.
Through workshops, performances, and coaching sessions, Elana’s work honors the body as both a vessel of experience and a pathway to empowerment — especially for marginalized communities seeking deeper connection, confidence, and healing.
Beyond her practice, Elana co-hosts Sips & Conversations, a storytelling platform dedicated to sisterhood and self-expression. Together with co-host Nancy Ngwa, she invites honest dialogue around identity, growth, and empowerment — proving that movement and conversation are both powerful tools for change.
Elana’s mission is simple yet profound: to help people move with intention, heal through expression, and embody the fullness of who they are — in body, mind, and community.
